How to keep the body healthy despite hostile weather?

1. Avoid contact of cold air
Avoid direct contact with cold air, if necessary use the jacket as in air-conditioned or cool air as she felt both within and outside the room. Air temperature to be down lets you do not need to turn the air conditioner or air conditioning at night gives a chance with a temperature of 25 degrees celsius.

2. Getting enough sleep

6. Drinking enough

7. Take a multivitamin
